Cape Henry Collegiate Auction
With an Around the World in 80 days theme for the evening, the parents, students, educators and friends of Cape Henry Collegiate School held their annual fundraiser with the excitement of both a silent auction and a live auction conducted by Dolphin Fixtures' Scott Freeman. Many local businesses and individuals donated a host of items that brought anywhere from $10 to more than $1,000. Extraordinary generosity from some individuals and businesses brought fabulous items for the live auction, including a 2008 Toyota Highlander from Dennis Ellmer and Priority Toyota as well as a $5,000 beach party for 100 donated by Kokomo's.
